The filler filters bad odor and harmful gas and is arranged in a space(150) which is formed by the partition walls. The filler is the mixture of pelletized activated carbon and charcoal. Microorganisms are absorbed on the pelletized activated carbon of 0.1 to 4.0mm particle sizes. The deodorizing member includes fixed members(130) and heat emitting members(140).
