The present invention provides biological molecules which disturb functional signal transmission via LGR protein, and in a certain type of aspect, molecules which impede interaction between R-spongin (RSPO) protein and LGR protein such as LGR5 or the like. In a certain type of aspect, the biological molecules are an antibody.
