An adhesive bonding part where constituent members of the stretch panels 6 are bonded by an adhesive is absent in the region that includes the outer edge part 6A and is located further outward in the width direction Y of the body than the stretch part 6B of the stretch panel 6. An inner end 73t of a tape base end part 73 is positioned farther outward in the lengthwise direction X of the body than an elastic member 62t which, as part of a plurality of elastic members 62, is arranged innermost in the lengthwise direction X of the body.
