PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of a treatment efficiency by suppressing loss of laser light by always keeping an irradiation surface clean since adherence of stain on the irradiation surface of a laser irradiation port becomes the cause of loss of the laser light.SOLUTION: A semiconductor laser 3 for emitting a laser light suited to the treatment of a section S to be irradiated, a light transmission body 7 for irradiating the laser light emitted from the semiconductor laser 3 from the irradiation surface 7ex to the section S to be irradiated, and an air blowing fan 10 for blowing wind to the irradiation surface 7ex of the light transmission body 7 are provided.【課題】レーザ照射口の照射面に汚れが付着するとレーザ光の損失の原因となる。照射面を常にクリーンな状態に保ってレーザ光の損失を抑制し、トリートメント効率の劣化を防止する。【解決手段】被照射部位Ｓのトリートメントに適合したレーザ光を出射する半導体レーザ３と、半導体レーザ３が出射したレーザ光を照射面７ｅｘから被照射部位Ｓへ照射する導光体７と、導光体７の照射面７ｅｘに対し風を吹き付ける送風ファン１０とを備える。【選択図】図２
