Disclosed herein are compounds and compositions having the structure of Formula I that are useful in the treatment of GLSI mediated diseases such as cancer. Methods of inhibiting GLSI activity in a human or animal subject are also provided. Accordingly, the present inventors disclose novel compositions and methods for inhibiting glutaminase activity herein. TECHNICAL FIELD The present disclosure relates to novel heterocyclic compounds and compositions and their application as medicaments for treating diseases.
