When using the cell lines of the present invention , the mutant HBV large envelope antigen protein may be continuously expressed , and also because there is a characteristic that can promote the development of cancer in the male compared to the female in nude mice , in the carcinogenesis and is thought to be able to be useful to study the mechanism of the differences according to sex .본 발명은 사람 B형 간염에서 남성 특이적인 간질환의 악화와 연관된 W4P 변이주를 이용하여 HBV 로부터 유래된 변형된 대(대) 외피 항원 단백질을 지속적으로 발현하는 세포주에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 세포주를 사용할 경우, 변이된 HBV 대 외피 항원 단백질을 지속적으로 발현하게 할 수 있고, 또한 누드 마우스에서 여성에 비해 남성에서 암세포의 발전을 촉진시킬 수 있는 특성이 있기 때문에, 발암과정에 있어서 성별에 따른 차이점에 대한 기전을 연구하는데 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
