PURPOSE: A composition is provided to prevent and improve allergic diseases by suppressing the production of IgE and IgG and the secretion of histamine.CONSTITUTION: A food composition comprises 100 parts by weight of acanthopanax senticosus extracts and 50-150 parts by weight of prunellavulgaris extracts. The food composition has anti-histamine activity. The extracts are hot water extracts. The allergic disease is at least one selected from a group consisting of atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis, asthma, allergic conjunctivitis, allergic enterocolitis, anaphylaxis and urticaria.
