Provided is an oxygen-enriched water composition comprising water and oxygen,wherein: (a) theoxygen-enriched water composition comprises an oxygen content of no less than20 ppm when theoxygen content of the oxygen-enriched water composition is measured at atemperature ranging from4 °C to 50 °C； and (b) the oxygen content of the oxygen-enrichedwater composition has a temporalstability that is characterized by the following feature: provided that theoxygen content measured at agiven time point t0 is 100%, the oxygen content measured at 30 minutes fromthe given time point t0is A%, and the oxygen content measured at 180 minutes from the given timepoint t0 is B%, then adifference between A% and B% is less than 24%.
