PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress noise accompanying air exhaustion by reducing a pressure gradient of exhaust pressure in carrying out exhaust of bladders (4a-4e) in an air supply and exhaust apparatus of the bladders (4a-4e).SOLUTION: An air supply and exhaust apparatus of an air bag includes an air supply passage 47 for supplying air from a pump 7 to bladders (4a-4e) through a communication hole 64, an exhaust passage 46 for carrying out exhaust of the bladders (4a-4e), a rotary valve 5 for opening/closing the air supply passage 47 and the exhaust passage 46 at a predetermined timing, and a second case 60 and a first case 50 communicated with the exhaust passage 46 with a space for suppressing the flow rate of the exhaust air from the exhaust passage 46.
