The memory stores medical image data. The aneurysm identification device identifies an aneurysm in the medical image data. The distortion-degree evaluation device quantitatively evaluates a distortion degree of the aneurysm. The rupture risk derivation device derives a rupture risk of the aneurysm from a result of the evaluation.
