PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable composition comprising poly-ion complex particles, for example, stable dispersions, to provide methods of readily preparing a comparatively thick film made of poly-ion complex particles, and to provide comparatively thick films made of poly-ion complex particles.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a composition which comprises (a) at least one particle containing at least one cationic polymer, at least one anionic polymer, and at least one hydrophilic or water-soluble UV shielding agent, and (b) at least one physiologically acceptable volatile medium. The composition according to the invention is stable and can have various cosmetic functions.
