Disclosed are: a medicinal composition, a cosmetic, a food and a drink each comprising a porous ceramic, said porous ceramic being obtained by subjecting a starting material, which contains (1) titanium and (2) at least one member selected from the group consisting of carbon, boron, nitrogen and silicon, to combustion synthesis； a medicinal composition and a cosmetic each comprising a radical and nanobubble-containing liquid； and a blood treatment device provided with a blood flow channel through which the blood of a patient is extracorporeally circulated, wherein the aforesaid porous ceramic is disposed in the blood flow channel and brought into contact with the blood.
