The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for detecting myocardial infarction. An embodiment of the apparatus for detecting myocardial infarction comprises: an input unit configured to receive an operation signal and information from a user； a sensor unit configured to measure an electrocardiographic signal of a patient via a plurality of measuring electrodes, and sense a physical state of the patient； a storage unit configured to store the measured electrocardiographic signal and one or more electrocardiographic signal models； and a control unit configured to control operations of the input unit, the sensor unit, a filter unit, and the storage unit. The control unit selects one among the electrocardiographic signal models stored in the storage unit based on personal details of the patient inputted by the input unit, revises the selected electrocardiographic signal model with consideration for the physical state information of the patient measured by the sensor unit, measures a similarity between the revised electrocardiographic signal model and the electrocardiographic signal measured by the sensor unit, and determines that there is a problem in the heart of the patient if the similarity is smaller than a preset reference value. The revised electrocardiographic signal model is updated based on change of the physical state information of the patient.본 발명은 심근경색 검출 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 사용자의 조작 신호 및 정보를 입력 받는 입력부, 복수의 측정전극을 통해 환자의 심전도 신호를 측정하고 상기 환자의 신체 상태를 감지하는 센서부, 상기 감지된 심전도 신호 및 적어도 하나의 심전도 신호 모델을 저장하는 저장부 및 상기 입력부, 상기 센서부, 상기 필터부 및 상기 저장부의 작동을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하고, 상기 제어부는, 상기 입력부를 통해 입력된 상기 환자의 신상 정보에 기초하여 상기 저장부에 저장된 심전도 신호 모델 중 하나를 선택하고, 상기 센서부를 통해 측정된 상기 환자의 신체 상태 정보를 참조하여 상기 선택된 심전도 신호 모델을 조정하고, 상기 조정된 심전도 신호 모델과 상기 센서부를 통해 감지된 상기 환자의 심전도 신호의 유사도를 측정하고, 상기 유사도가 기 설정된 기준값 미만인 경우 상기 환자의 심장에 이상이 있는 것으로 판단하되, 상기 조정된 심전도 신호 모델은 환자의 신체 상태 정보의 변화에 기초하여 갱신되는 것을 특징으로 하는 심근경색 검출 장치가 제공될 수 있다.
