PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection instrument which suppresses leakage of a medicament to a skin surface for reliably administering the medicament inside a skin.SOLUTION: An injection instrument related to one embodiment of the invention includes: one or more projection parts 12 on a first surface 11S of a base plate 11 a hollow type needle-like body 10 in which a through-hole is formed on each of the projection parts 12 a deformation part 25 which is arranged on an outer peripheral side of the one or more projection parts 12 and is deformable in a direction to bulge from the first surface 11S and a pressurizing flow passage 26 for applying a fluid pressure to the deformation part 25.
