The present invention relates to a system for analyzing remedial exercise by using a 3D sensor, which can measure progress of scoliosis, cacomelia, and obesity by measuring a process of remedial exercise for each step by using a 3D sensor, and which can continuously prescribe exercise suitable for a body shape, and thus the body shape can be changed by practicing the remedial exercise by using exercise equipment and an accurate diagnosis and correction to the body shape can be performed based on the continuous 3D measurement. According to the present invention, the system for analyzing remedial exercise by using a 3D sensor comprises: a storage unit which stores information about a body shape of a user, measured by a 3D sensor, by using a control unit a body shape analysis unit which analyzes the information about the body shape of the user stored in the storage unit, and determines whether the user corresponds to scoliosis, obesity, or cacomelia and a horseback riding exercise comparison unit which moves horseback riding equipment in left and right, up and down, and combinational 8-shaped forms based on the analysis of the information about the body shape provided by the body shape analysis unit.
