A hot-melt extruded solid dispersion composition, a method for preparing same and a use of the composition in preparation of medicines for preventing and/or treating diseases caused by Plasmodium. The composition comprises, according to percentage by weight, 5%-30% of decoquinate, 60%-90% of macromolecular carrier material, and 0%-10% of surfactant. The method for preparing the composition comprises a step of hot-extruding the position at a hot-melting temperature.
