PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide irrigation facilities and irrigation methods that can suppress the unevenness of an irrigation amount at each position of the area to be subjected to irrigation by preventing the slack of an irrigation tube.SOLUTION: An irrigation facility comprises: a long irrigation tube 2 in which a through hole having flexibility is formed in order to sprinkle the liquid of the inside to the outside a holding member 3 that holds the irrigation tube 2 at a position away from the ground a water supply system 4 for supplying liquid into the irrigation tube 2 and a drainage system 5 for discharging the liquid in the irrigation tube 2. The drainage system 5 comprises a drainage pipe 50 fluidly connected to the irrigation tube 2, and a drain valve 51 that is installed in the drain pipe 50 and that can be switched between an open state allowing discharge of liquid from the drain pipe 50 and a closed state restricting discharge of liquid from the drain pipe 50, wherein the water in the irrigation tube 2 is discharged from the drainage system 5 while the supply of water to the irrigation tube 2 is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】灌水チューブの弛みを防止することによって、灌水の対象とする領域の各位置における灌水量の偏りを抑えることができる灌水設備、及び灌水方法を提供する。【解決手段】可撓性を有し且つ内部の液体を外部に撒くための貫通孔が形成される長尺な灌水チューブ2と、地面から離れた位置で該灌水チューブ2を保持する保持部材3と、灌水チューブ2内に液体を供給する給水系4と、灌水チューブ2内の液体を排出する排水系5とを備え、排水系5は、灌水チューブ2に対して流体的に接続される排水管50と、該排水管50に設置され且つ該排水管50からの液体の排出を許容する開状態と、該排水管50からの液体の排出を規制する閉状態とに切替可能な排水弁51とを有し、灌水チューブ2への水の供給を停止した状態で該灌水チューブ2内の水を排水系5から排出する。【選択図】図1
