PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reconstruction member for reconstructing an external auditory canal and an eardrum which grows a tissue, such as the skin, a subcutaneous soft-tissue, a mucosa, the eardrum, and the external auditory canal which are different from one another, without foreign-body reaction to or discharge of different tissues, is strong, and is easily handled.SOLUTION: The reconstruction member comprises a thin-piece ceramics molding product which has ceramics, such as calcium phosphate, as a main component and a plurality of through holes in the thickness direction. In the through-holes and/or on the surface, filling materials such as collagen or membranes are arranged. Further, an osteogenetic factor can be blended in the filling materials or membranes. The shape of the molding product is a simple plate shape or an L-shaped structure, and the external auditory canal and the eardrum are simultaneously reconstructed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】皮膚、皮下軟部組織、粘膜、鼓膜、外耳道という異なる組織と異物反応や排除もなく生長させ、強度が高く、取扱性の容易な、外耳道および鼓膜を再建するための再建部材の提供。【解決手段】リン酸カルシウムなどのセラミックスを主成分とした、厚さ方向に複数の貫通孔を有する薄片状のセラミックス成形体からなる再建部材。その貫通孔内および/または表面にはにコラーゲンなどの充填材または皮膜が配置されていてもよい。さらにその充填材または皮膜に骨形成因子が配合されていてもよい。成形体の形状は、単純な板状のほか、L字構造などにして、外耳道と鼓膜とを同時に再建することもできる。【選択図】図1
