PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable pants-type diaper easy to wear and having good feeling of wear.SOLUTION: A disposable pants-type diaper includes: a front panel 12 forming a front girth region 2 a rear panel 13 forming a rear girth region 3 and a crotch panel 14 forming a crotch region 4. The front panel and the rear panel form a connection area 19 on side parts 16 and 17. In the crotch panel, a front end 26 and a rear end are superposed on the external surface of the front panel and the external surface of the rear panel, and in the front end and the rear end, the end where the position of a vertical direction Y is in an upper side is a preference end. The front panel has a front first elastic region 51 positioned above the reference end, and a front second elastic region 52 positioned therebelow. The rear panel has a rear first elastic region positioned above the reference end, and a rear second elastic region positioned therebelow. The front first elastic region and the rear first elastic region are formed so as to have the same extension force in a lateral direction X.
