PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visual function examination device having no risk of causing a measurement error.SOLUTION: A visual function examination device includes: a target display device 10 an optical system 30 for transmitting an image displayed on the target display device 10 to a retina of subjects eye a reflecting optical member 40 which is the reflecting optical member disposed on the optical axis of the optical system 30 and has the center 40a of rotation located at a position optically conjugate with the center 20a of rotation of the subjects eyeball, and configured to rotate around the center 40a of rotation an eyeball observation device for detecting the movement of the subjects eye by detecting a change in a retina image of the subject and/or a change of subjects pupil 23 and a control part 41 for correcting the optical axis of the optical system 30 by controlling the rotation of the reflecting optical member 40 synchronously with the eye movement detected by the eyeball observation device and conducting the control so that regardless of the movement of the eyeball, a part for presenting a target on the retina is fixed when the subject gazes at a predetermined target.
