The present disclosure relates to a heating inhaler and a controlling methodthereof The method includes: the sensing element detecting a suction action,and ifthe sensing element detects the suction action within a first predeterminedtime period,the control circuit board controlling the power source to supply power to theatomizerfor a second predetermined time period then stop supplying, wherein theindicatingelement displays a first state within the second predetermined time perioduntil thepower source stops supplying power to the atomizer, then the indicatingelementdisplays a second state. If the sensing element detects no suction actionwithin thefirst predetermined time period, the control circuit board controlling thepower sourceto stop supplying the electric power to the atomizer, and the indicatingelementdisplaying the second state.
