The systems and applications for generating augmented reality (AR) images are disclosed. The system includes a processing module and a digital microscope module having a pluralty of camera unit, and the processing module tracks, detects and parses the user’s motions, commands or event triggered to generate the related control signals, the virtual objects and then the composed AR images according to the received instant images of the observed samples captured by the digital microscope module.
