A patient interface including a nasal seal including a face contacting side. The nasal seal is formed of a soft flexible material, and includes a central portion to extend across the base of the nose, and a side portion extending from each end of the central portion. Each side portion extends across the a side of the nose. A face contacting side of the seal is supple to conform under internal pressure to the surfaces of the nose of a wearer, including, at the side portions of the seal, to outside surfaces of the sides of the nose.
