PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein, when a collar is caused to emit light in order to secure the pet safety, the weight of a power unit increases and a connection between a lead and the collar is often broken, and wherein, when the lead is made to emit light, the actual position of the pet can not be recognized and a power line to a light emitter is cut when bitten by the pet.SOLUTION: A loop part and a lead part are formed integrally by one light rope formed by penetrating a side-emitting type optical fiber and a string through the interior of a light transmitting tube, and the end part of the light rope is provided with a tube binding means and a handle part. Further, one end part of the string is fixed to the handle part, and the other end part thereof is extracted from the light transmitting tube at the loop part to be connected to a collar or a harness.【課題】ペットの安全性を確保するため、首輪を発光させる場合には、電源部の重量が大きくなるという問題や、リードと首輪との接続部が破損することが多いという問題があった。また、リードを発光させる場合は、実際のペットの位置を認識できないという問題や、ペットの噛み付きにより発光体への電線が切断されるという問題があった。【解決手段】光透過性チューブの内部に側面発光型の光ファイバーと紐とを挿通して形成した１本の光ロープによりループ部とリード部を一体として形成し、光ロープの端部にはチューブ結束手段と把手部を備え、更にこの把手部に紐の一端部を固定し、かつこの他端部を前記ループ部分で光透過性チューブから抜き出させ、首輪または胴輪と接続可能としたペット用引き綱具により上記問題を解決した。【選択図】図１
