Disclosed is a ultrasonic scalpel cutting tip comprising a cutting tip end (1), a handle (2) and a cutting body (3), wherein one end of the handle (2) is connected to the cutting tip end (1) and the other end of the handle (2) is connected to the cutting body (3). The main body of the cutting tip end (1) forms a cylindrical structure, wherein one end of the cylindrical structure forms an inclined surface relative to the central axis. The inclined surface extends towards the central axis or towards a point close to the central axis of the cylindrical structure and goes beyond the flat surface parallel to the central axis or beyond the small angle of the inclined surface approximately parallel to the central axis and extends to the forefront end of the cutting tip end (1) so as to form a cutting end (11).
