PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical tube comprising a propylene-based thermoplastic elastomer composition having high flexibility and high heat resistance and having excellent kink performance.SOLUTION: A medical tube includes: 10-85 pts.wt. of a propylene-ethylene block copolymer (A) meeting the description below and 15-90 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic elastomer (B) relative to 100 pts.wt. of the total of (A) and (B), wherein the thermoplastic elastomer (B) includes a propylene-based thermoplastic elastomer composition containing 15-100 pts.wt. of a styrene-butadiene-based copolymer (B1) and 0-85 pts.wt. of an ethylene/α-olefin-based copolymer (B2) relative to 100 pts.wt. of the total of (B1) and (B2). The block copolymer (A) is manufactured using a metallocene-based catalyst by successively polymerizing 30-95 wt.% of a propylene-ethylene random copolymer (A) containing ≥7 wt.% of propylene alone or ethylene in the first step and polymerizing 70-5 wt.% of a propylene-ethylene random copolymer (B) containing more ethylene by 3-20 wt.% than the component (A) in the second step.
