The present invention has found that seaweed and banana peels, which typically would not exhibit any observable inhibitory effect on bacteria and fungi, exhibit inhibitory effects on bacteria and fungi when combined with an apple surfactant. Additionally, it was found that banana peels readily break down proteins and fats through a ninhydrin reaction and a reaction with a Sudan reagent, whereas the apple surfactant breaks down the same to a similar degree as a regular synthetic surfactant. The result of this study was applied to a dandruff patient over three months to find that the dandruff on the scalp gradually disappeared and improved until the scalp finally reached a level similar to the normal scalp. Additionally, it was confirmed that when using extracts of seaweed and banana peels, proteins are readily broken down, and antioxidant effect and trouble alleviating effect provide a sufficient effect for alleviating dandruff. With the antioxidant experiment and acidity measurement that support the above result, it was concluded that shampoo compositions need to be mixed scientifically based on chemical analysis. Additionally, since products using the seaweed extract, the apple surfactant, and banana peels are relatively inexpensive to manufacture, such products may be useful for those who are reluctant to pursue the treatment of scalp-related disorders due to the financial burden.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017미역과 바나나껍질 모두 세균과 곰팡이에 대한 억제 효과는 관찰되지 않았지만 애플계면활성제를 넣을 경우 세균이나 곰팡이 억제 효과가 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 바나나껍질의 경우 닌히드린 반응과 수단시약 반응을 통해 단백질과 지방을 잘 분해시키며, 애플계면활성제 역시 일반 합성계면활성제와 비슷한 수준으로 분해하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구결과를 두피 각질 환자에 약 3개월 동안 적용시켜본 결과 두피의 각질이 조금씩 사라져갔으며 최종적으로는 두피가 개선되어 정상 두피와 비슷한 수준으로 돌아오는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 결론적으로 미역과 바나나껍질 추출물을 사용할 경우 단백질이 잘 분해되고 산화방지 효과와 트러블 완화 효과가 충분히 두피 각질 개선에 효과를 보인다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 뒷받침하는 항산화 실험과 산도측정을 통하여 화학적 분석에 의한 샴푸조성물의 혼합을 과학적으로 하여야 한다는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 미역추출물, 애플계면활성제, 바나나 껍질을 이용한 제품은 상대적으로 제조 비용이 낮아 경제적인 부담 때문에 두피 관련 질병에 대한 치료와 관리를 힘들어 하는 사람들에게 많은 도움이 될 것이다.
