The prosthesis (Pg) has a femoral part (10) implanted at a distal end (12) of a femur (Fe), and an insert (20) interposed between the femoral part and a tibial part (14), where the femoral part is rotatingly mounted around a rotation axis (32) that is perpendicular to another rotation axis (31). A plane is located at determined distance from the former rotation axis, where another plane is perpendicular to the former plane. The latter plane forms a determined non zero angle (beta) with the former rotation axis.
