PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an exposure dose.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes an irradiation part, a detector, a collection part, and an imaging control part. The irradiation part includes an X-ray tube for irradiating an X-ray. The detector outputs a detection signal according to incidence of the X-ray. The collection part distributes an energy value measured by the detection signal output by the detector to one of a plurality of energy sections so as to collect counting data of each of the plurality of energy sections. The imaging control part selects the counting data of a specific section from the counting data of the plurality of energy sections collected by the collection part, and, based on the selected counting data, transmits the information on an X-ray irradiation condition to the irradiation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
