Also disclosed is a method for preventing or treating the diseases, which comprises administering the compound or a pharmaceutical composition containing the compound to a human or animal. The compound, the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or the pharmaceutical composition containing the compound or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof may be used in combination with at least one second active substance.
