PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film surface sound receiving type sound sensor module which is usable even with a film having no heat resistance, is excellent in resistance to repeated use accompanying various deformations, and has high precision and stable detection performance.SOLUTION: An insulating pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 32 that elastically deforms is provided on one surface 31a of a flexible film 31. A wiring-attached substrate 30 in which a conductor pattern 33 is formed on the insulating pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 32 and a microphone 40 mounted on the wiring-attached substrate 30 are provided. A terminal 42 of the microphone 40 is brought into contact with a conductor pattern 33.
