PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a mucosal surface of a denture base constituting the base of a denture and an upper flask to be used for the same, while reducing the amount of gypsum to be used.SOLUTION: A low-melting point alloy (tin alloy) 16 is used for embedding a work model 10. A resin plate 20 is placed on the work model 10 fixed to a lower flask 12 by the low-melting point alloy 16 through a flexible film 18. The resin plate 20 is prepared by molding rice cake-like heated polymerized resin into a plate shape under pressure. The upper flask 24 is equipped with a pressure-resistant film 28, and the upper flask 24 receives air pressure to expand the pressure-resistant film 28. When the resin plate 20 is polymerized under heating to be molded, the low-melting point alloy 16 of the lower flask 12 is heated while pressing the resin plate 20 to the work model 10 by gas pressure.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】石膏の使用量を低減する。【解決手段】作業模型10の埋没に低融点合金(スズ合金)16が用いられる。低融点合金16によって下フラスコ12に固定した作業模型10には可撓性フィルム18を介してレジンプレート20が載置される。このレジンプレート20は餅状の加熱重合レジンを板状に加圧成型することにより予め準備される。上フラスコ24は耐圧膜28を備え、この上フラスコ24はエア圧の供給を受けて耐圧膜28が膨出する。レジンプレート20を加熱重合させて成型する際には、レジンプレート20をガス圧によって作業模型10みに押し付けながら、下フラスコ12の低融点合金16を加熱する操作が行われる。【選択図】図8
