PURPOSE: A prefabricated floating pedestal is provided to improve durability and prevent flow by stably fixing a tube member floating on the surface near shore and forming a frame with a support frame part and a plurality of connection pipes enveloping the whole circumference of the tube member.CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated floating pedestal comprises a tube member, upper widthwise supports (20), upper lengthwise supports (21), lower widthwise supports (22), lower lengthwise supports (23), a support frame part (19), a connection pipe (29), and a fixing support (36). Air is injected into the tube member. The upper widthwise supports are insert-connected to the front and rear tops of the tube member in a horizontal widthwise direction. The upper lengthwise supports are insert-connected to the right and left tops of the tube member in a horizontal lengthwise direction. The lower widthwise supports are insert-connected to the front and rear bottoms of the tube member in a horizontal widthwise direction parallel to the upper widthwise supports.
