Disclosed is an adhesive patch (1) for medical use comprising: a supporting film (10) that has a barrier layer (12), containing a water-soluble polymeric compound and a montmorillonite, laminated on one surface of supporting body (11) which contains polyurethane and an adhesive layer (20), containing medicine and a plasticizer, that is laminated on the barrier layer (12) side of the supporting film (10).
