PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, in general, embodiments relating to implantable medical devices including at least one injectable device and at least one anchor for fixation of the injectable device to body tissue, where the anchor of the implantable medical device fulfills the requirement for secure anchoring of the injectable device to body tissue.SOLUTION: The medical device includes at least one contrast agent reservoir with an outlet, where the reservoir is filled with a contrast agent, which may be released through the outlet into body tissue or cavities.
