PURPOSE: A diagnostic apparatus and a diagnostic method using the same are provided to measure an activity state of an enzyme and an amount of hemoglobin within a blood sample, thereby improving accuracy of a disease diagnosis. CONSTITUTION: A first measurement part measures an amount of hemoglobin within a blood sample. The first measurement part utilizes a luminosity measurement method, an electrochemical measurement method, and a colorimetric measurement method. A second measurement part comprises an electrode/electron transfer medium. The second measurement part measures a degree of enzyme activation using the electrochemical measurement method. A micro fluid chip is mounted on an installation part(110). A socket part(115) is arranged for a circuit connection with the installation part.진단 장치가 제공된다. 이 진단 장치는 혈액 시료 내의 헤모글로빈의 양 및 효소의 활성 정도를 각각 측정하기 위한 제 1 측정부 및 제 2 측정부를 갖는 미세유체 칩을 포함한다. 미세유체 칩의 제 2 측정부는 혈액 시료 내의 효소의 활성 정도를 전기화학 측정법을 이용하여 분석한다.
