The present invention relates to an automatic acupuncture apparatus, and a monitoring system of shot needles using the same. The automatic acupuncture apparatus by embodiments of the present invention includes a shot needle guiding unit which grasps the number of shot needles and guides when a user shoots needles to a patient for acupuncture. Therefore, the automatic acupuncture apparatus of the present invention fundamentally prevents the carelessness of the patient and oriental doctors for needle shooting, removes the anxiety of the patient of the acupuncture, and provides an effect to the doctors of offering needle procedure without worrying medical accidents.본 발명은 자동 침 시술 장치 및 이를 이용한 발사 침의 모니터링 시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 자동 침 시술 장치는 환자에게 침을 발사하여 침을 시술하는 경우에, 발사된 침의 개수를 파악하여 안내하는 발사침 안내부를 포함한다. 따라서 본 발명에 따른 자동 침 시술 장치는 환자는 물론 한의사에게도 발침에 따른 부주의를 원천적으로 방지할 수 있도록 함으로써, 환자에게는 침 시술에 대하여 불안감을 해소하고, 의사에게는 발침 부주의에 따른 의료사고 걱정 없이 침을 시술할 수 있는 효과를 제공할 수 있다.
