PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporter for exercise to be put on the waist, which solely achieves significant results on various kinds of exercise.SOLUTION: The device includes a base part 1 having specific shape retention characteristics and flexibility, equipped with lower projection parts 21 provided on upper right and left positions of the buttocks of the user, upper projection parts 22 provided on upper right and left positions of the lumbar, and middle projection parts 23 provided on vertically middle positions between the upper and the lower projection parts. Band parts 3 are provided on the base part, so that it is worn around the body.
