The present invention relates to an insect capture device having a water supply and drainage function, the device comprising: a first housing (1010); a second housing (1020); and a third housing (1030). The insect capture device having a water supply and drainage function comprises: an ultraviolet lamp (1040) which is installed in an upper part of the second housing and attracts an insect; a first sucking fan (1050) which sucks the insect attracted by the ultraviolet lamp (1040) to the inside of an upper part of the second housing (1020); a second sucking fan (1060) which is installed in a middle of the second housing (1020) and sucks the insect sucked by the first sucking fan (1050) into a lower part of the second housing (1020); a water bucket (1070) which is installed in the lower part of the second housing (1020) and stores water discharged with the insect sucked by the second sucking fan (1060); a pump (1080) which is installed in a side unit of the third housing (1030) and supplies the water to the water bucket (1070) by pumping the water of a water supplying source; a water supply pipe (1090) which supplies the water to the pump (1080) from the water supplying source and supplies the water to the water bucket (1070) from the pump (1080); and a drainage pipe (1110) which is installed inside the third housing (1030) and discharges the water in the water bucket (1070) and a dead body of the insect floating on a surface of the water to the water supplying source.
