PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for attaching a dental tool, which has a structure smaller and simpler than a head portion of a conventional holder main body and further has a mechanism in which a stopper does not easily come off from the head portion of the holder main body. SOLUTION: A holder 10 includes a holder main body 1, a stopper 4 having at least one insertion end portion, and a stopper fixing tool 5, and the at least one insertion end portion is accommodated in a stopper accommodating hole. Then, in the state where the stopper fixture 5 is accommodated in the fixture accommodating portion, the insertion end portion of the stopper is sandwiched between the side surface of the stopper fixture 5 and the accommodating surface of the stopper accommodating hole.
