PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric capable of suppressing at least one of remaining of a foreign substance in the nonwoven fabric and sticking fine power to various facilities arranged in a manufacturing process.SOLUTION: A nonwoven fabric (13) comprises synthetic fibers (12) and cotton fibers (10). The ratio of the weight of the cotton fibers to the weight of the whole nonwoven fabric is less than 50%.
