The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for combination therapy for preventing and/or treating cancer comprising a c-Met inhibitor and a beta-catenin inhibitor as active ingredients, to use of c-Met inhibitor efficacy enhancement by the beta-catenin inhibitor, and use of beta-catenin inhibitor efficacy enhancement by the c-Met inhibitor.
