PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide solid medicaments using vardenafil hydrochloride configured to solve the problem that is the defect of vardenafil hydrochloride in which solid medicaments cannot be prepared or isolated in pure form because they each take in a small amount of water and thus exist as the mixture of polymorph and hydrate, it is also possible for absorption to be reduced in the bioavailability (AUC), maximum plasma concentration (Cmax) and the appearance time of the maximum plasma concentration (AUCmax), and thereby, the effect thereof is improper or does not appear at all, and to provide the method for producing the solid medicament.SOLUTION: In the method for producing medicaments containing vardenafil hydrochloride in solid form, vardenafil hydrochloride with any content of water is brought into contact with moistened gas, in the intermediate process stage thereof or in the final product or in a coated tablet until the trihydrate thereof is sufficiently formed.【課題】バルデナフィル塩酸塩の欠点である少量の水を取り込み、多形体や水和物の混合物として存在するため、純粋形で製造したり単離することができず、バイオアベイラビリティー(ＡＵＣ)、最大血漿濃度(Ｃｍａｘ)および最大血漿濃度の出現時間(ＡＵＣｍａｘ)において吸収が減少する可能性があり、効果が不適当であったり、全く効果がないという問題点を解決するバルデナフィル塩酸塩を用いた固体薬剤およびその製造方法の提供。【解決手段】任意の水含量のバルデナフィル塩酸塩を、中間の処理過程で、または最終生成物において、またはコーティング錠を三水和物が十分に形成されるまで湿ったガスと接触させる固体形のバルデナフィル塩酸塩を含む薬剤の製造法。【選択図】なし
