The pair of upper and lower horizontal members 11 and 12 are configured so that the vertical interval can be changed from a predetermined minimum interval to a predetermined maximum interval. At least part of the protective sheet 30 is formed of an expandable/contractible material, and by the expansion and contraction of the part formed of an expandable/contractible material, the vertical dimensions can be changed from the minimum interval to the maximum interval.
