The invention relates to disassemblable surgical forceps, which comprises a grip (2), a swivel joint (3) with a swivel axis and jaws (4). It furthermore comprises two detachably coupled forceps parts (11, 12), which each have a pin-less swivel-joint element (31, 32). The first swivel-joint element (31) has a first guide rail (51) and a first guide recess (61). The second swivel-joint element (32) has a second guide rail (52) and second guide recess (62). The guide rails (51, 52) engaging into an undercut of the guide recesses (61, 62) at the swivel-joint elements (31, 32) form a gliding guide for the swivel joint (3). The first swivel-joint element (31) has a first thickening element (81) and the second swivel-joint element (32) has a second surface element (72). In a safety position, the first thickening element (81) interacts with the second surface element (72) by jamming. The jamming prevents inadvertent separation when using the forceps.
