According to an embodiment of the present invention, the robot seeding machine for a smart farm has a form in which the vehicle-shaped robot for the multipurpose operation and the seeding device are combined. The robot seeding machine for a smart farm includes: a robot moving forward by rotation of a wheel installed on both sides； and the seeding device operated by the robot. The seeding device includes: a body； a seed container containing seed； a seed transferring unit installed at a lower end of the body and transferring the seed by being connected to the seed container； a compressive spring support plate connected to the seed transferring unit； a seeding pipe in which one end is connected to the compressive spring support plate and the other end is formed to be inclined； a compressive spring installed in the upper part of the outer side of the seeding pipe； a compression pipe formed in the lower part of the outer side of the seeding pipe； a soil support plate formed at the end of the compression pipe； and a discharge device installed in the seeding pipe and operated with the compression pipe by being connected to the compression pipe. The compression pipe and discharge device ascend by reaction since the soil support plate is in contact with the ground surface of the soil when the robot seeding machine for a smart farm sows the seed. The seed is discharged by the seed transferring unit. After the robot seeding machine for a smart farm sows the seed, the compression pipe and the discharge device descend by a restitution force of the compression pipe.
