Provided in one embodiment of the present invention is a medical cooling device comprising a temperature control part which controls a temperature of the medical cooling device and a temperature of a medicinal fluid to be injected from the medical cooling device. The temperature control part comprises a first temperature control part which controls a cooling medium to a first preset temperature； and a second temperature control part which controls the medicinal fluid to a second temperature to keep the temperature of the medicinal fluid different from the first temperature, thereby differentially controlling the temperature of the cooling medium and the temperature of the medicinal fluid.본 발명의 일 실시예는, 의료용 냉각 장치에 있어서, 상기 의료용 냉각 장치의 온도 및 상기 의료용 냉각 장치에서 주사하는 약액의 온도를 제어하는 온도제어부를 포함하며, 상기 온도제어부는 냉각매체를 미리 설정된 제1 온도로 제어하는 제1 온도제어부 및 상기 약액의 온도가 상기 제1 온도와 상이하게 유지되도록, 상기 약액을 미리 설정된 제2 온도로 제어하는 제2 온도제어부를 포함하여, 상기 냉각매체의 온도와 상기 약액의 온도를 차별적으로 제어하는 의료용 냉각 장치를 제공한다.
