The present invention relates to a customized exercise prescription method performed in a computer capable of providing an exercise prescription for a user by measuring a health level of the user using a sensor included in a user terminal and determining the health level by applying a weighting to medical exercise information inputted from the user and the exercise range data measured through the sensor.
