To provide a technique for preserving an extracted organ in a better state.SOLUTION: A perfusion device 1 comprises: a reservoir 30 for storing a perfusion liquid； an inflow pipeline 41 for causing the perfusion liquid to flow into an organ 9 from the reservoir 30； a discharge pipeline 51 for discharging the perfusion liquid from the organ 9； a pump 42 for feeding the perfusion liquid from the reservoir 30 to the organ 9 in the inflow pipeline 41； a pressure measurement part 45 for measuring pressure of the perfusion liquid on a lowermost side of the inflow pipeline 41； and a control part 60 for controlling a fed liquid amount of the pump 42. The control part 60 performs feedback control to the pump 42 so that, the measured value measured by the pressure measurement part 45 does not exceed a prescribed threshold. Therefore, the organ is suppressed from being damaged due to inflow of the perfusion liquid. Therefore, the extracted organ can be preserved in the better state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】摘出された臓器をより良い状態で保存する技術を提供する。【解決手段】この灌流装置１は、灌流液を貯留するリザーバー３０と、リザーバー３０から臓器９へと灌流液を流入させる流入配管４１と、臓器９から灌流液を排出させる排出配管５１と、流入配管４１内においてリザーバー３０から臓器９へ灌流液を送液するポンプ４２と、流入配管４１内の最も下流側において灌流液の圧力を計測する圧力計測部４５と、ポンプ４２の送液量を制御する制御部６０とを有する。制御部６０は、圧力計測部４５の計測値が所定の閾値を超えないようにポンプ４２に対してフィードバック制御を行う。これにより、臓器が灌流液の流入によってダメージを受けることを抑制できる。したがって、摘出された臓器をより良い状態で保存することができる。【選択図】図１
