The present invention concerns a pharmaceutical composition comprising an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor and a 5-HT4 receptor agonist, for use as neuroprotective agent in the prevention and/or treatment of a neurodegenerative disease. It also concerns a neuroprotective pharmaceutical combination comprising an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor and a 5-HT4 receptor agonist for simultaneous, separate or sequential use as neuroprotective agent in the prevention and/or treatment of a neurodegenerative disease.La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique comprenant un inhibiteur de l'acétylcholinestérase et un agoniste du récepteur 5-HT4, destinée à être utilisée en tant qu'agent neuroprotecteur dans la prévention et/ou le traitement d'une maladie neurodégénérative. Elle concerne également une combinaison pharmaceutique neuroprotectrice comprenant un inhibiteur de l'acétylcholinestérase et un agoniste du récepteur 5-HT4, destinée à être utilisée de manière simultanée, séparée ou séquentielle en tant qu'agent neuroprotecteur dans la prévention et/ou le traitement d'une maladie neurodégénérative.
